    Really disappointed with customer service. Recently purchased some lumber, the person we spoke to treated us as an inconvenience when we sought help to purchase. The rolling eyes and sigh were icing on the cake though.

    Staff at the till were rude and unhelpful...then got snapped at by the person out in the yard because we didn't know where to go to get our order. Will use a different place next time.
