  I got annoyed and hung up, we had to walk the dog to the grocery store for dinner that night, I was pretty disappointed to say the least that night.

  My boyfriend and I packed up my dog, took a random road trip, and ended up at this Best Western. It has a cute small town feel to the hotel to match the town and is also very welcoming and clean.

  Staff were extremely friendly, but I had a small run in with the Guest Rep at the desk. We called down for a cab so we could check out a local spot for some food. She called back to ask who would be watching the dog because they couldn't be left unattended.

  The room was nice. Both beds were comfortable but one was slightly better in my opinion. Overall the room is nice. Free breakfast is a very nice touch aswell.

  Clean, small rooms. Bed was comfy. TV did not work in our room. Website says there is a sauna and hot tub/ whirlpool but there is not. Staff are very helpful and friendly and it is close to everything. Toilet ran constantly and appeared stained. Thin walls as in most hotels but the fan in the room helped drown out the folks that wanted to stay up and be rowdy till 2-3 am.

  Have stayed here in January every year for quite a few years now. Rooms are well maintained, bathrooms are modern, common areas are very well kept. The lobby and check-in areas are very nice, and the complimentary breakfast is a perfect start to the morning. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, given that we are always checking in earlier than most.

  I tried to assure her that my dog would be sleeping quietly and if there were any issues to call me and I would be back in minutes, but she wouldn't call us the cab!
